Simian Viral Panel 10 DIA Kit(PA11)

This kit is based on the fundamental principle of dot immunoassay, using a nitrocellulose membrane as the solid-phase carrier. Two viral antigens and two reference virus-cultured cells are arranged in a matrix pattern on the membrane (4 columns × 8 rows, totaling 32 groups). Each antigen spot is sequentially composed of A549 cells, SRV, and SIV. Through an enzymatic reaction, the corresponding antigen spots turn into visibly blue dots under the naked eye, enabling qualitative detection of antibodies against the target viruses.
