Monkey Virus Multiplex Spot Immunoassay Kit (PA2, BV, SRV, STLV-1, SIV)

This kit is based on the fundamental principle of dot immunoassay, utilizing a nitrocellulose membrane as the solid-phase carrier. Four viral antigens and two reference virus-cultured cells are arranged in a matrix pattern on the membrane (3 columns × 9 rows, totaling 27 groups). Each antigen spot sequence includes Vero cells, BV, STLV-1, SIV, SRV, and A548 cells. Through an enzymatic reaction, the corresponding antigen spots turn into visibly blue-colored dots under the naked eye, enabling the qualitative detection of antibodies against the targeted viruses.
