Monkey Virus Multiplex Spot Immunoassay Kit for Antibodies (PA5 BV, STLV-1, MV)

This kit is based on the fundamental principle of dot immunoassay, using a nitrocellulose membrane as the solid-phase carrier. Three viral antigens and two reference virus-cultured cells are arranged in a matrix pattern on the membrane (3 columns × 9 rows, totaling 27 groups). Each antigen spot is sequentially positioned as follows: Vero cells, BV, STLV-1, and MV. Through an enzymatic reaction, the corresponding antigen spots turn into visibly blue dots under the naked eye, enabling the qualitative detection of antibodies against the target viruses.
