Monkey Virus Multi-Component Spot Immunoassay Kit for Antibodies (PA6 SRV, STLV-1, SIV)

This kit is based on the fundamental principle of dot immunology, using a nitrocellulose membrane as the solid-phase carrier. Three viral antigens and two reference virus-cultured cells are arranged in a matrix pattern on the membrane (3 columns × 9 rows, totaling 27 groups). Each antigen spot sequence includes A549 cells, SRV, STLV-1, and SIV. Through an enzymatic reaction, the corresponding antigen spots turn into visibly blue dots under the naked eye, enabling qualitative detection of antibodies against the target viruses.
