Simian Viral Panel 8 DIA Kit(PA8)

This kit is based on the fundamental principle of dot immunology, using a nitrocellulose membrane as the solid-phase carrier. Two viral antigens and two reference virus-cultured cells are arranged in a matrix pattern on the membrane (3 columns × 9 rows, totaling 27 groups). Each antigen group is sequentially spotted with Vero cells, BV, SRV, and A549 cells. Through an enzymatic reaction, the corresponding antigen spots turn into visibly blue-colored dots under the naked eye, enabling the qualitative detection of antibodies against the target viruses.
