Simian Viral Panel 9 DIA Kit(PA9)

This kit is based on the fundamental principle of dot immunoassay, using a nitrocellulose membrane as the solid-phase carrier. Two viral antigens and two reference virus-cultured cells are arranged in a matrix pattern on the membrane (4 columns × 8 rows, totaling 32 groups). Each antigen group is sequentially composed of A549 cells, SRV, and STLV-1. Through an enzymatic reaction, the corresponding antigen spots turn into visibly blue dots under the naked eye, enabling the qualitative detection of antibodies against the target viruses.
