Figure 1: Results of K562 cell infection with lentiviral vectors overexpressed for enhanced efficiency—achieving a 90% infection rate is possible at an MOI of 3 (viral particles : cells = 3:1). In contrast, similar viral products available domestically require an MOI of 30 to reach the same 90% infection efficiency. Thus, Dongling’s viral product boasts a significant advantage in terms of its exceptionally high infection efficiency.
Figure 2: After infecting the K562 cell line with the CD19-GFP virus, the K562-CD19-GFP engineered cell line was obtained through selection and expansion, achieving a purity of over 96%.
