The Mouse Homeostatic Dendritic Cell Culture Kit (Catalog # CS-20001-100) is a serum-containing culture medium kit specifically designed for the in vitro culture and induction of mouse hematopoietic precursor cells to differentiate into mature dendritic cell (DC) subsets. This kit can simultaneously induce the generation of various DC subtypes within 10 days, including conventional cDC2 cells (CD11c+ MHCII+ CD11b+B220-) and plasmacytoid pDCs (CD11cmod MHCIIlow B220+PDCA1+).
