CRISPR/Cas9 is a tool that precisely cuts DNA at specific target locations. Guided by sgRNA, the Cas9 protein can cleave targeted genes, enabling applications such as gene knockout, gene knock-in, as well as gene modification and regulation. At Dongling Bio, we provide plasmids, sgRNA viral vectors, and CAS9/sgRNA lentiviral particles—essential components for CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing processes like knockout and knock-in experiments—helping customers streamline their CRISPR workflows to the greatest extent possible. Additionally, we have developed a diverse range of stable CAS9-expressing cell lines, ready for users to directly introduce sgRNA and assess cutting efficiency, or to build customized cell lines with specific gene knockouts or knock-ins. Each of our stable CAS9 cell lines undergoes rigorous quality control, ensuring high purity as well as verified functionality and genomic integrity.
Example illustration:

Figure: Quality control data for the spCAS9+GFP+293T stable cell line. Flow cytometry identified 97% of cells as GFP-positive (A); PCR confirmed the expression of spCAS9 at the genomic level in the spCAS9+GFP+293T stable cell line (B); and transfection with a gene-specific sgRNA demonstrated that the spCAS9+GFP+293T stable cell line achieves a targeted gene cleavage efficiency of up to 55% (C).
