CD3/CD28 Human T Cell Activation/Expansion Magnetic Beads
T cell activation and expansion require the simultaneous provision of CD3/TCR signaling and CD28 co-stimulatory signals. After extensive optimization, Dongling Bio has launched its CD3/CD28 human T cell activation/expansion magnetic bead product. These beads are engineered by coupling anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 monoclonal antibodies onto the surface of 4.5 µm-diameter magnetic beads, enabling efficient in vitro activation and expansion of T cells, mimicking the process carried out by antigen-presenting cells in vivo.
